Small changes are included, like removing text or changing the coordinates.
We don't keep many engraved mugs in stock, so we typically engrave each one to-order. Please allow up to 1 week for us to engrave and mail out your order.
For completely custom designs:
Sometimes it can take a few messages back and forth to make sure your engraving is how you'd like it. If your design requires more than a simple text change, please fill out an submit our Engraving Contact Form (click for link).
We can scan most images. The best results come from high-contract images (think black sharpie on white paper).
