Shipping Policy

Pre-made items like our blank (non-engraved) Momnt Mugs are fulfilled within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.  We normally use USPS Ground or First Class shipping.  Transit timelines depend on your distance from North Carolina, but typically package transit time within the US is 2-5 business days.  If you do not receive your order within 2 days after tracking says "delivered", please email us at michael@artisantidenc.com so we can discuss the next steps with you.

INTERNATIONAL:

We started selling our Momnt Mugs internationally through Shopify Markets Pro.  Shopify should add additional fees/duties/taxes based on your location and then remit those funds to the appropriate authorities/agencies as needed.  However, because Shopify handles these fees and currency exchanges, we (Artisan Tide) do not know what your total cost will be.  We just know that it will unfortunately be high to ship heavier items like our mugs internationally.

Please note that we have a no-refund policy on international orders because of the high cost.  We are a small company, and we don't have the ability to cover high shipping costs if it doesn't work out.  Please reach out to us before ordering if you have any questions or would like to talk with us about whether our mug will be a good fit.  We will be very up front and honest to hopefully find out if our mug will be a good fit for you before you buy.

 

GERMANY, POLAND, LITHUANIA, GREECE, SLOVAKIA, JAPAN, and SOUTH KOREA:

Unfortunately, we are currently not offering shipping to these countries due to the regulations similar to Germany's LUCID program, which requires registration and sometimes payments from companies like us to cover packaging recycling.  We hope to eventually offer shipping to these countries as we grow and are better able to manage these complexities.  Thank you for your understanding.
